The Union Tavern

Open November 2018, the once “Palmistry Building” has returned to life as “The Original Union Tavern” at 1914 E. Sprague. A cool new local hang out! Featuring local brews, vino and spirits from around the Northwest. A palate of great tavern food, from appetizers, burgers, salads and more...in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The casual decor takes you back to an era of quirky beer advertisements, home-town WWII union support of "Rosie the Riveter", old wooden bleachers from the Gonzaga Kennel days, and an old bar salvaged out of Montana.
